Hattiesburg Apartments
I rented from Southgate Realty for three years while in Hattiesburg for school and lived at Concord Townhomes. The location was great, I could walk to class. The apartment isn't new but the maintenance was wonderful and I thought it was one of the better deals in town for the price. The only compliant I have for Southgate Realty and Concord Townhomes is they do not tolerate noise late night nor pets!! They fined me for having a friends dog over for the day while he was out of town. Also got a move-in concession revoked for being too loud after midnight.
